Hairnets / Hair Restraints

  Soft honeycomb style mesh hairnets are the most comfortable to wear, they are lightweight and can breath keeping employees cooler.  Essential for keeping hair out of the way, especially when working in food processing or food service.  Comfortable elastic band keeps nylon mesh cap snugly in place.  Longer hair may requires the larger size hairnet. 
 
  If you are in the food business you need to comply with FDA Food Code 2-402.11 Hair Restraints: “All food employees shall wear hair restraints, such as hair coverings or nets, beard restraint, and clothing that covers body hair and is designed to be worn to effectively keep hair from contacting exposed food.”
