Sanitation in a food processing facility is of utmost importance. The Buying Network is pleased to offer a low cost solution to the small plant, or large plant that needs to extend the fixed system they already have.
The HydroFoamer and HydroSprayer is the tool to easily complete the sanitation procedure of keeping your plant clean.
The first step in cleaning a food processing plant is to foam a cleaner like our "Red Hot" alkaline cleaner onto the machinery, tables, conveyors, walls and floor. This allows the cleaner to adhere to the surface for much longer than brush on application and lets the chemical do the work for you. The dwell time of the cleaner breaks down protein or other build up, reducing labor. The tool for the job is a HydroFoamer.
HydroFoamer simply hooks up to water hose and does the work for you. The proportional automatic dilutes the concentrated chemical and produces and rich, thick foam for more "cling" time. On and off function are controlled by the trigger sprayer gun. To rinse, disconnect the foamer via quick disconnect coupler.
To complete the clean up, the final step is an application of a sanitizer like our "Sanite 75". These highly concentrated sanitizers must be applied with precision to meet governmental rules. Additionally, the applied solution must dry prior to using the surfaces for processing food. To simplify the procedure, use the HydroSprayer.
The HydroSprayer automatically dilutes the concentrated sanitizer and applies the solution in a fine mist spray. This finer spray dries quicker than bucket and brush type applications getting your crew back to work quicker.
The cup size is the capacity of the concentrated chemical they hold. Dilution rates of up to 128:1 allow for up to 96 gallons of dispensed solution.
